At Resurrection, we believe church isn’t just something you attend—it’s something you help build.
From rocking babies to running cameras, opening doors to leading worship—every role plays a part in what God is doing here. And when you serve, you don’t just fill a spot—you bring life, joy, and purpose to someone else’s experience.
Getting started is simple. Through Next Steps, you’ll get to know our heart as a church, discover your spiritual gifts, and find the team that fits your passion and schedule. Whether you’re brand new or looking to get reconnected, we’ll help you find your place and walk with you every step of the way.
You’ll be introduced to a team leader, receive any training or resources you need, and start building real relationships as you serve. Some roles are upfront. Others happen behind the scenes. But all of them matter.
Serve Beyond Sunday
Serving doesn’t stop inside the walls of the church.
Every month, we step out into the city through Serve Saturday—our hands-on outreach where individuals, families, and teams come together to meet real needs across San Antonio.
From serving meals to helping local schools, it’s a tangible way to be the love of Jesus in our community. No special skills required—just a willing heart and open hands.
