Vehicle Use

Resurrection Baptist Church members may request use of church-owned vehicles for approved activities. The form below must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your event.

For additional information, please contact church office at 658.0459.
Guidelines::
This form must be submitted for vehicle use. Should your event cancel, please contact the church office within 24 hours.

Include dates, if needed overnight:  
 
If you are going out of town, please state where you will be.  
 

It is your responsibility to:

1. Return the vehicle clean
2. Empty the trash
3. Complete the Vehicle Use Record
4. Inform maintenance supervisor if there is a problem with vehicle.

If you are returning the vehicle on Saturday afternoon or later, make certain the vehicle is full of gas.

Your ability to use the vehicle in the future depends on how you return it after your use.
