Words from the RBC Children and Youth Pastor

Here at RBC, we are always open to seeing things from a new perspective, facing new situations, new opportunities, and also new challenges. 

The journey from adolescence to adulthood is not easy.  In every generation and in every place, teenagers are struggling to come to grips with their place in the world.  They want to know if there is meaning to life and if their own lives are important.

Obviously, there is a great need to reach our young people, to build meaningful relationships with them, and to communicate the love of Jesus Christ in understandable terms.  That is the purpose of Young Energized Saints (Y.E.S) Youth Ministries.  We believe that a great way to help our kids is to affirm them, build personal relationships with them, and then strive to earn the privilege of being heard. 

Our objective is to illustrate how using their gifts and talents, through fine arts and cultural events, they can contribute to their community.  The outcome is for our young people to develop maturity, character, respect, values, self-acceptance, confidence, and anger resolution.

Please come and join us in Y.E.S and Youth In It for Christ (YIIC) activities, as we prepare our future leaders, pastors, and teachers.
