We believe the Children’s Ministry should be fun and creative while remaining grounded in the Bible.  Each week we strive to offer every child an exciting large group environment as well as meaningful small group encounters. 

Our goal is to create a learning experience that captivates each child’s attention, challenges his or her thinking, and inspires life-change as they take their next steps in Christ.

Babies All Aboard

Welcome to the Nursery!  Our adult and youth caregivers, as well as our room attendants, are trained to provide our newborns to walkers with a loving Christian environment. 

Our nurseries are separated by developmental stage:

• Infants
• Sitters and Crawlers
• Toddlers

All three nurseries include:

• Unique, exciting hand/eye sensory toys
• Diaper check and change, as needed
• Adjacent, private “nursing mother” room 

2-3 Year Olds 

The Farm is a fun interactive room where your child will learn biblical truths that will begin the foundation for trusting in God.  They will have fun playing with interactive farm animals, toys, equipment, and crops.

Preschool Zone

Potty-trained 3-4 year olds build lives here.  Each week your child will: participate in an interactive Bible story which is then discussed in small groups and have fun with exciting touch screen computers, colorful painting easels, and a rice table.

Kids Church 

Parents may check children into their classroom, just outside the auditorium main doors.  Your child will experience a creative, interactive Bible lesson through music, drama, and video.  They will participate in small groups to play together and learn how to apply the weekly lesson to their everyday life, and finally they will lean to apply the biblical truths in real-life situations.  Parents are welcome to join children anytime and participate in their life-changing experiences.  

Nursery Hours:
The nursery is open during both Sunday morning worship services, Wednesday night bible study and Thursday night choir rehearsal.

Day Care 

RBC has teamed with Schertz Christian Academy (SCA) to provide our local community with a Christian-based Day Care (Pre-School and Mother’s Day Out) program. 

SCA serves to educate students for time and eternity by presenting God’s truth in all areas of education, character development, and life skills.  SCA offers a traditional academic program taught from a biblical perspective.
