Hello RBC Video Streaming friends:

You have been redirected to this page to provide you with a brief announcement regarding our New Live Video Webcast and On Demand Video services.

In the effort to improve your Live and On Demand Video Webcast experience, your website team have implemented some changes that we want to advise you of.

1.  RBC wishes to provide you with more than just a site to view our Sunday or Wednesday services.  We want to get to know you, to greet you each time you visit us, and to be available to interact with you, if you desire.  To do this we will request that you login to our streaming services by providing us with a name that we may address you by.  It's not necessary to provide your real name, a nickname will be fine.  After you click, either the Live Video or On Demand Video buttons below, you will be directed to a page where we will request you provide a nickname.  That's all there is to it.

2.  We have prepared a new look to our Webcast services page.  It is still in development and other features will be added in coming months.  Currently, we have an Instant Message (IM) box that will permit us to greet you and interact with you, if you desire.  The IM box is a private room and your messages cannot be seen by other visitors using the stream.  You will also see tabs for sermon note taking, for finding our location, and for a public Chat Room (will be used for general announcements about Webcast staus). Finally, a countdown clock is provided to keep you informed about when our next Live Service will begin.

Well that's all for now, thanks for your patience as we try to improve your online worship experience.

If you have any questions, please forward them to Webmaster@myRBConline.com.

Blessings to you, enjoy the RBC Webcast service.
