Maybe you've already visited RBC several times and are now considering joining our church family.  Well let us be the first tell you, you're making a good decision.  We trust that your consideration of RBC has been prayerful and divinely directed.  We assure you that you won’t find another church, this side of heaven, that is better equipped and more passionately committed to meeting your family’s needs. 

However, if you need more time to make this important decision, we invite you to attend our Membership 101 seminar.  This is our New Members Orientation course, but it is also open to visitors who want to take a closer look at what God is doing at RBC.  The Membership 101 seminar is held on the first Sunday of each month.   Click on Membership 101 for a closer look at the format of this seminar.
  
You may unite with our local church family by any of the following:

PROFESSION OF FAITH WITH BAPTISM
Confess and receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and submit to baptism by immersion in water (see Baptism below), as demonstrated in scriptures. 

SALVATION PRAYER

If you want to know more about what it means to be part of God's family, go to our Plan of Salvation page.  There you will find a full explanation of the simple plan for receiving God's wonderful gift of Salvation. 

If you already understand that God loves you and wants you to be a part of His eternal family, simply pray the following prayer to invite the Lord into your life.

"Dear Heavenly Father, I confess that I am a sinner in need of salvation.  I accept Your Son, Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.  I believe that He died on the cross and rose from the dead to give me salvation.  Please forgive me of my sins and help me to live a life pleasing to you.  Thank You for saving me.  In Jesus’ name - Amen.”

If you just sincerely prayed this salvation prayer, you are now saved and have joined the family of Christ.  Now that you are saved, an expression of your conversion is to be baptized.

STATEMENT OF CHRISTIAN FAITH
This is your statement of previous acceptance of Christ and water baptism by immersion.  If you are uniting with RBC from another denomination, we may request you submit to baptism by immersion.

LETTER OF MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER
A letter of commendation from your previous church which attests to your membership faithfulness.
