Ministry Descriptions
What God has created you to be, determines what He intends for you to do. God is consistent in His plan for our lives. He would not give us inborn talents and temperaments, spiritual gifts, and life experiences and not desire to use them for His glory. When you understand these factors, you will discover the ministry that God has for you.
At RBC we will help you explore and discover how God has created and uniquely shaped you for His purpose. We work together, as a team, to identify and complete a S.H.A.P.E. inventory that will help you to discover how your Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences can be used to fulfill your unique place of service in God’s work.
Ministry Startup - If you're interested in starting a ministry at RBC, please submit a brief description to the RBC Ministry Champion for consideration. Your ministry brief should include a clear description of the ministry purpose (what the ministry is expected to accomplish) and service (how the ministry will be performed). Send your ministry brief to russellfreeman@myRBConline.com.
